1. For education establishments
All copyright(s) remain the legal property of the rightful owner(s). Prices, details and all other information subject to availability, terms & conditions and change without notice by the publishers. Inspectioncopy.co.uk does will not become involved with any legal agreement between publisher and education establishment.
Inspectioncopy.co.uk will use its best endeavours to reliably and accurately present price and product information from publishers, however, the inspectioncopy.co.uk website is provided on an "as is" basis and inspectioncopy.co.uk does not make any representations or warranties as to the accuracy, completeness or validity of the information provided by the publishers. Inspectioncopy.co.uk cannot be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from the information it provides.
Inspectioncopy.co.uk cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of inspection copies ordered from individual publishers.
Any decision made in relation to purchasing goods as a result of information obtained from inspectioncopy.co.uk is your sole responsibility.
Prices and any delivery charges are subject to agreement between schools or colleges and individual publishers. Inspectioncopy.co.uk is not liable for any non-delivery, inaccurate delivery or any problems encountered when dealing with any publisher.
No liability is excluded to the extent such exclusion would not be permitted by UK law.
2. For publishers
You agree to not use the Service to:
| a. | upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, , defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable; | |
| b. | harm minors in any way; | |
| c. | impersonate any person or entity, forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Service; | |
| d. | upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that you do not have a right to transmit under any law or under contractual relationships | |
| e. | upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any Content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights ("Rights") of any party; | |
| f. | upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," or any other form of solicitation | |
| g. | upload, post, email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment; | |
| h. | collect or store personal data about other users. |
You acknowledge that inspectioncopy.co.uk does not pre-screen Content, but that inspectioncopy.co.uk and its designees shall have the right in their sole discretion to refuse or move any Content that is available via the Service. Without limiting the foregoing, inspectioncopy.co.uk and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the terms & conditions or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content.
Termination
You agree that inspectioncopy.co.uk in its sole discretion, may terminate your password account or use of the Service and remove and discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if inspectioncopy.co.uk believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the agreement.
